Combined Tour South - Marrakech

Breakfast. Departure for Ouarzazate and then after a short mountain crossing, we will follow the Draa valley to Zagora. Stop in front of the famous Tombouctou sign. Lunch (not included). Then we will continue towards Tamegrout passing by the Tinfou dunes which herald the desert. Discovery of the village of Tamegrout with a local guide, its medieval library containing unique documents in the world, its pottery district that will surprise you. We continue our route through the reg and then a last small mountain crossing that will reveal the village of M'Hamid which marks the beginning of the Western sahara. Then departure on camel back through the Saharan tracks to join the bivouac located in the erg Lioudi. Settling in tents. Dinner and end of the evening around a campfire and overnight stay.

Breakfast. Early morning free to enjoy the desert. Then return by 4x4 to M’Hamid to meet our driver. Return to Zagora. Lunch (not included). Crossing the fortified gate, you can stroll through the rigorously traced dark alleys beneath the houses, evoking the Ksourian universe and its collective lifestyle. Visit the museum of arts and traditions of the Drâa Valley which is located in the Ksar. We will then join the Drâa Valley and Agdz. Last kilometers to reach your accommodation located in the heart of the magnificent palm grove and along the Drâa River. Entering under the green and lush largest palm grove in the world is an almost unreal sensation. This sensation becomes tangible when you enter the palm grove through the ruins of the ghost town of El Hara. Its Jewish origins reflect the commercial activity of the caravans of yesteryear. Breakfast. Departure to Ouarzazate through a mountainous crossing. Visit to the Atlas film studios which have made Ouarzazate the "Ouarzawood". You will fall under the charm of Egyptian temples, Tibetan monasteries, or even biblical cities recreated in the middle of the desert surrounded by an artistic quarter. Imagine the battles of gladiators in ancient Rome or delve into the Egyptian atmosphere of the era of the pharaohs and why not the enchantment of a thrilling adventure in search of the "Diamond of the Nile". Continue towards Marrakech passing through the Tizin't Tichka pass. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel / riad. Dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast. Departure from the hotel for the historical tour of "The Pearl of the South". This tour will take us from the Menara Gardens to the Bahia Palace, ending with a visit to the exteriors of the Koutoubia Mosque and the Menara Gardens. Lunch (not included) suggested in a palace in the medina. In the afternoon, departure for a stroll through the souks of the medina and discovery of the Djemaa El Fna square when the show begins: snake charmers, acrobats, monkey trainers, fortune tellers will bewitch you. Return to the hotel / riad. Dinner and accommodation.
