Lunch on the corniche. Continue to Rabat and visit the administrative capital: the Royal Palace, Hassan Tower, Mohamed V Mausoleum, Oudayas Gardens. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel and accommodation.
DAY 3
Breakfast. Departure to Larache, whose European city was built by the Spaniards at the beginning of the 20th century. We will visit the ancient site of Lixus, founded in the 12th century BC by the Phoenicians. Continuing to Asilah, a Phoenician trading post, then Roman and finally Portuguese. Visit of the medina and its various gates. Lunch. Continue north and stop at the Caves of Hercules, cavities carved by the sea on the cliffside. Below are the ruins of the ancient city of Cotta, then Cape Spartel and the Perdicaris lookout, which offers a view of the Strait of Gibraltar. Cape Spartel marks the northernmost point of North Africa. Continue along a road offering beautiful views of the city of Tangier. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel and alojamiento.
DAY 4
Breakfast. Visit to Tangier, a city facing the Strait of Gibraltar which has always aroused the covetousness of the great European powers. In 1923, it became an international zone controlled by about ten foreign diplomats and a representative of the sultan, and thanks to its special status (total economic freedom, political and military neutrality), Tangier is experiencing growing prosperity. Visit the Medina starting from the Grand Socco square. We will gently descend towards the harbor passing by the Petit Socco, lined with cafes and old hotels that have seen their glory days. Stop in front of the grand mosque that Sultan Moulay Ismail had built at the end of the 17th century on the ruins of an old Portuguese cathedral. Then visit the Kasbah located at the highest point of the city. Continue to the Bab el-Bhar gate which leads to a vast terrace overlooking the Atlantic and offering a view up to the Spanish coasts on the other side of the Strait of Gibraltar. Lunch.
Departure towards Tetouan via Cap Malabata from where there is a beautiful view of Tangier. We will pass by the village of Ksar Es Seghir, a small village surrounded by walls dating from the Portuguese era before reaching Marina Smir and its faux airs of St Tropez then Cabo Negro. Continue to Tetouan and visit this city which was founded in the 12th century by the Merinid Abou Thabit as a base of operations against Ceuta. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 5
Breakfast. Departure for Chefchaouen. This city is the prettiest of the Rif towns, with its quirky tree-lined squares and cobbled streets climbing up the hillside, it has long been a forbidden city. The city has grown significantly in recent years. However, the constructions have clustered around the original medina, without distorting the landscape too much. Once past the city walls' gate, one must climb the steep alleys to emerge onto the square of the kasbah and the mosque. Many names have a Spanish sound because the region was long under the control of Madrid. Europeans did not enter the medina. A more peaceful and more austere atmosphere than elsewhere. Here, more than elsewhere, peasants and villagers wear traditional clothing of thick brown wool djellabas and the women wear the Rif attire: a long skirt striped red and white and a straw hat with black pompoms. Lunch at Riad Casa Hassan. Continuation towards Meknes. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 6
Breakfast. Visit to the city characterized by its triple wall of 40 km: Place El Hedim, Bab Khémis, Bab Mansour which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful gates in Morocco, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the only mosque accessible to non-Muslims outside of the Hassan II Grand Mosque, as per the wishes of Marshal Lyautey, and the granaries or Heri. Lunch in a riad then departure for Volubilis. Visit of the Roman ruins before stopping for a photo opposite Moulay Idriss, a pilgrimage site. Continue to Fez. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 7
Breakfast. Departure for the tour of Fez, the spiritual capital of Morocco and certainly the most beautiful of the Imperial Cities. Discovery of the Medina or "Fès El Bali" and its historical monuments: visit of the Attarine Medersa, the Nejjarine Fountain and finally an outside view of the Karaouine Mosque, the first university in the world. Continuation of the tour of the Medina with a discovery of the Fassi artisanal richness with the different quarters of the souks which are undoubtedly the most captivating in Morocco. Lunch at the hotel. Then in the afternoon, visit of the new city or Fès El Jedid, its enclosure, the Royal Palace.
In the evening, departure for a Fassi dinner show. Return to the hotel and accommodation.
DAY 8
Breakfast. Free time depending on the flight. Transfer to the airport and assistance. Flight.
